You will find a lot of information as well as many inspirational articles on our Web site, as we tell the world what AVN is, and how it has changed our lives. However, no Web site alone can accomplish what our Yahoo Info and Chat group manages to do. In many ways, our Yahoo Community site is the heart and soul of our organization, as we gather together to share knowledge and support. We are a very active group, that much is for sure! More than 35,000 posts on our interactive message board, and our real time live and very busy chat rooms, help us to keep in touch with each other. Our discussions cover many different topics, such as pending surgery, the post-op recovery period, finding the right doctor, coping with medical insurance issues, and learning how to manage daily life as patients with this crippling and most devastating, painful ailment.
